Today we’d love for you to meet Phill W!
If you’re a new dealer who’s recently joined our team, you’ve probably spent time talking with Phill. His energy and passion for meeting new people and excitement in helping new dealers navigate our systems and talk shop makes him a terrific asset. He’ll be at both the upcoming #CANASA2019 and #ISCEAST2019 events.
All American: What is your role within the company?
Phill: New Dealer Aquisitions/Onboarding, Sales Manager, & Support
All American: How did you get your start in this industry?
Phill: Believe it or not, it’s kind of a family thing. My brother got me into the industry! I was a tech with over 7 years in the field handling installs, alarm takeover integrations, access control, and CCTV. I made the move to the monitoring side of the business on January 1st of last year doing dealer support, data entry, and sales and I haven’t looked back since!
All American: What makes you passionate about what you do?
Phill: I love to save our dealers money, to watch our dealers grow through the years and know I had some part in helping them find their success, and knowing that what we do as a team helps save lives and catch bad guys. There’s a special kind of satisfaction in making this kind of a tangible difference.
All American: What is your favorite part of the job you do on a day to day basis?
Phill: I thoroughly enjoy talking to our dealers, teaching the new ones (or ones that just need a little extra help) how to navigate through Stages, working with our techs as they are installing or troubleshooting alarms, or helping a service staffer with whatever questions they need help with. People are what make this job awesome.
