In our prior post we introduced you to Phill W. If you’ve ever needed a bill analyzed or had a question for dealer support, there’s a strong chance you’ve spoke to this talented, take charge lady. Today, we’d like you to get to know Victoria R! We’re thrilled because she’s going to be at both upcoming events!
All American: Share with us a little bit about yourself, Victoria.
Victoria: I’m the very lucky mom of a terrific little man. He owns my heart and is the reason why I do everything I do. I’m also a proud Jersey Girl and a voracious reader.
All American: How would you describe your current role in our company?
Victoria: All of the above? Ha! Kidding. Kind of. My primary role right now is in Billing, but I’m also a bilingual Support Liason for dealers, and I help out in data entry in my spare time. I guess you’d call me a Jill-of-all-trades.
All American: And your start in this industry….
Victoria: Happened right here. With All American. It’s hard to believe that this was all new to me not very long ago.
All American: What makes you most passionate about your job?
Victoria: I’m so fortunate to work with an impressive team that puts our dealers and their needs first. The fact that I get to use my talents and abilities to meet those needs while being part of such an elite group? It’s an awesome feeling.
All American: And your favorite part of what you do day-in-day-out?
Victoria: I love how ever changing this industry is. I’m always learning, growing, and being challenged. There’s no time to be bored because just when you think you know everything, something changes. That motivates and thrills me.
All American: And what should our dealers know about you?
Victoria: I’m always here to help and support in any way I can, so if they need anything, they shouldn’t be shy about asking. Also, hablo español.
