Getting to Know Us Pt. 3 #AAMCS

Michelle S.

Continuing our introductions of our Support team, we’d like to introduce Michelle S! A dynamic team member, she’ll be at the #CANASA event at Security Canada (booth 137) and #ISCEAST2019 in New York (booth 511).

So far you’ve gotten to know Phill and Victoria who will also be at both events. Now we’d like to help you get to know Michelle.

All American: Michelle, tell us a little bit about yourself!
Michelle: I was born in Colombia and lived in Puerto Rico until I moved to Florida over 30 years ago. A mom of four very active, talented kids–two are in college while the other two are in high school. Besides being passionate about my family, I enjoy football (Go ‘Niners and ‘Noles!), so it thrilled me to have two sons who’ve played football since pre-school. Of course, that makes me that “Crazy football mom,” and I love it!

All American: What do you do with All American?
Michelle: Currently I handle both sales and marketing, but also assist with data entry and billing when needed. I love to help wherever I’m needed.

All American: How did you get started in this industry?
Michelle: I left the financial service industry to join All American. I started my career in the data entry department back in 2013. Since then I’ve held many roles, which has allowed me to be versatile and help our company and you, our dealers wherever I can be most impactful.

All American: What makes you passionate (or gives you the most satisfaction) about your job?
Michelle: I love helping people. It’s one of my biggest passions. Being able to educate, inform, and guide clients towards better results has always been a huge thrill for me. The fact that I can do it in both Spanish and English, and what we do can potentially save lives just makes it even better.

All American: What’s your favorite part of the job?
Michelle: Getting to meet our dealers in person is a huge thrill. I talk to many of them on the phone of via email all the time, but getting the chance to build a personal relationship with them and putting names with faces is awesome, so I LOVE when they stop by our booths to introduce themselves and say ‘Hi!” (HINT, HINT)

All American: What would you like our customers to know about you?
Michelle: I just want them to know I’m always happy to be there for them, to assist in whatever way I can. I value and appreciate the trust they place in us as a company and me as a person to protect them and their customers.

All American: What quote do you reach for to inspire you?
Michelle: Mine is change related, because without change, there can’t be growth…

“We delight in the beauty of the butterfly, but rarely admit the changes it has gone through to achieve the beauty.”
