A couple of days ago, 3 of our accounts had their fire alarms activate. One of them was a false alarm from drywall sanding, but the other two were valid fires starting...

The reason for this email is, when I checked the alarm reports, I noticed that ALL fire alarms were handled by your operators within 10 to 17 seconds of notification. BRAVO, is the only word that comes to mind. The speed and accuracy of the station operator, had the FD on site fast enough to prevent any major damage. Just a short note to tell you how much I appreciate all of the great service I receive from your company. I have been in this business since 1993, and have used the services of several remote monitoring stations - until I discovered yours. I have never had better service! It still amazes me that in world where this type of service is needed, that no one else that I have personally had experience with, can provide it with any sense of the great responsibility that is required. Oh sure, they can monitor your accounts. And usually, they will not make mistakes. However, they are almost universally more expensive, and I'm sad to report that I have had ones that make more than an acceptable amount of errors, have slower response rates, and even given my (our) clients a bad attitude. I simply can not allow that behavior to be passed onto my clients.

I even had the great misfortune to use one which had an answering machine which answered and had a message "to call back later". Luckily, all my accounts were switched before a tragedy occurred.
